At The Law Office of Fred Simon, you will work closely with an attorney that has more than 45 years of experience as a negotiator, litigator and consultant. I bring seasoned legal skills to every one of my clients’ cases. In every area of the law that I practice, whether it be in creating a trust or resolving probate and estate administration issues, or in business, real estate or bankruptcy counseling issues as well, I provide competent and cost efficient legal advice for clients throughout Kentucky.

Mr. Simon was a 20-year volunteer firefighter with the Harrods Creek Fire District, having attained the rank of lieutenant, and was Chairman of that department’s Board of Trustees. During that time, he also served six years as Chairman of the Jefferson County (Kentucky) Suburban Fire Service, an organization then composed of up to seventeen area fire departments.

Mr. Simon served twelve years during which time he was elected to two terms as Mayor of Glenview Hills, a sixth-class city in the suburban Louisville area.

Mr. Simon is a member of the Louisville, Kentucky, and American Bar Associations. He earned his undergraduate B.A. degree from Bradley University and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis.
